Following a recent booking with Specsavers, where we gave On Site Massage to 33 staff over a day and a half, we received this excellent feedback, demonstrating the positive effects of massage in the workplace;
We signed Stella for a day and a half to ensure that our entire team could benefit from this experience.
Stella arrived fully prepared with her special massage chair and our first team member stepped up to the mark.Ben was quite nervous being the first, not really knowing what to expect, but after 20 minutes returned to the shop floor refreshed and revitalised and happy to have another go!
Most of the team felt the massage was very relaxing, some preferring the head massage, some the hand massage and some the more vigorous back and shoulder rubs.
Stella asked each team member a number of medical questions before starting and adapted her routine accordingly, including for those ladies who were pregnant.
I would have no hesitation in booking Stella for another session as the entire team were talking about it for days. A worthwhile investment in team motivation and well-being.
